Although this is a very small collage by Edward Goss…it is full of amazing detail, cut outs and texture. Goss intertwines his profile of a horse twice with his childlike stick figure drawing of person repeated with flowers and my very favorite is letters embossed on strips and placed randomly with squares of color and other patterns cut out and placed intermittently.  If Goss is not working strictly with letters he is including them with his strong images.  I counted 35 different pieces cutout and assembled to make this collage.  It is truly amazing, each piece is cut out and glued to a piece of corrugated cardboard, signed on the back E. Goss.
